We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request a full data export or permanent deletion via the Settings page.
We use industry-standard encryption. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.
If our system detects crisis markers, we may provide immediate resources. We do not automatically report to authorities unless required by law.
